The hotel is set in its own private grounds and is in an ideal position for exploring the magnificent Guernsey South Coast bays and cliff walks, with views extending as far as the nearby French Coast. Directions: From airport - turn left out of airport & follow main road through two sets of traffic lights. When you reach a filter turn right, then right again. Continue on this road until you see La Barbarie hotel in front of you. Turn left into the lane going upwards and Les Douvres is situated a little further down this road on the left. From Guernsey harbour - turn left out of the harbour and go south along the sea front towards the hill (Val des Terres). Go up the hill and turn left at the roundabout onto Ford Road. Go straight on through the traffic lights past Le Riches supermarket and past the Bella Luce hotel on your left. Then pass the Captains Hotel also on your left. Les Douvres is then on your right.
