This elegant hotel is located high on the hillsides of the peaceful Berwyn Mountain Range within the 24,000 Vyrnwy Estate (pronounced 'Vern-wee') and commands panoramic views of the beautiful lake and dramatic landscape. Local produce is used exclusively in the one AA Rosette awarded restaurant. There are activities to enjoy around the lake including fly-fishing, clay shooting and walking, as well as indulging in the hotel's new spa facilities (opening May 2007).

Directions

From Shrewsbury: A5 towards Oswestry. Turn left onto A458 towards Welshpool. After a few miles, turn right onto B4393 (signposted to Lake Vyrnwy, 28 miles). Follow this road all the way to Lake Vyrnwy. Take the road on the right hand side of the lake (B4393) & then look out for the hotel driveway on the right hand side.
