Description: The Grinkle Park is an outstanding hotel set in 500 acres near to the town of Whitby. Located in the North Yorkshire Moors, the hotel has the comfort and character of a Victorian shooting lodge with excellent cuisine and wine cellar. The hotel is close to the sea, moors, and also the villages of Staithes and Goathland, which is also known as Aidensfield in television's 'Heartbeat'.

Directions: From the North: from the A1 South turn left at Junction 60 onto the A689 towards Sedgfield for 8 miles. Turn right onto the A19 South, continue for 18 miles. Turn left onto the A174 Whitby Road. Follow the A174 through Saltburn, Brotton, Loftus the Easington. At Easington church turn right into Grinkle Lane. Follow this lane for 2 miles and turn left into the hotel. From the South: take the A19 North. Turn left onto the A172 Stokesley Road, follow this road through Stokesley towards Middlesborough. Turn right onto the A171 to Guisborough. At Guisborough keep on the A171 for a further 10 miles. Turn left onto Grinkle Lane at signpost, follow lane for 2 miles. Turn right into hotel (on A171 if you pass Scaling Dam Reservoir you have gone to far).
