Directions: From the south, leave the M6 at Jct 36 and take the A590 north-west for Kendal. Continue ahead along the A590, then at the next roundabout continue ahead along the A591 for Windermere. Continue through Windermere on the A591, through Ambleside to Grasmere. The hotel is on the left of the A591, at the point where the road leaves the shore of Lake Grasmere. From the North, leave the M6 at Jct 37 and take the A684 west to Kendal. Continue ahead along the A5284, then join the A591for Windermere and follow directions as from the South.
