Directions: M5 exit at Junction 30. Middle lane, follow signs to Exeter. At the rounabout take 3rd left signposted Exeter City Centre and Dawlish. Keep on dual carriageway, exit 2nd slip road linking you to another dual carriageway to the Countess Wear roundabout. Go straight across the roundabout. Bear off right following signs for Plymouth and Torquay carrying on the dual carriageway and the hotel is on the left hand side at the next roundabout. A38 from Plymouth/Torqauy onto the Devon Expressway. Just after you reach the bottom take the slip road signposted for Marsh Barton and Exeter A379. Follow the road to the next roundabout and the hotel is on your right.
