Directions: From the M5, take exit 27 onto the A361 to Barnstaple. AT Barnstaple, take the A39 by-passing Bideford. Upon leaving Horns Cross, the Hoops is found in a dip on the left. By Car: From London take the M4 or A303 to the Westcountry and join the M5 at Bristol or Taunton (from the Midlands follow the M5). Leave the M5 at junction 27 (Tiverton) then follow the directions for Barnstaple on the North Devon Link Road (A361). Bypass Barnstaple and continue on the A39 heading towards Bideford & Bude. Avoid Bideford town centre by continuing on the A39. Shortly after passing through Horns Cross The Hoops can be found nestling in a dip on the A39 before the turning for Clovelly. There is a large car park for guests at the rear of the Hotel.
