Directions: Take the M3 and then the A30 through Bodmin, then at Carland Cross roundabout take the A39 left for Truro. Continue through Truro on the A39 to Falmouth. Cross the railway and continue ahead along the main road at 2 small roundabouts, then shortly after crossing Kimberley Park Rd you reach a third small roundabout where you turn right 3rd exit into Chard Terrace, towards Penmere Station. Take the 1st left into Penmere Hill, cross the railway and turn right into Mongleath Rd, which is a short dual carriageway. The hotel is on the left of this road, 300 yards ahead.
