Directions: Take the M3 and then the A30 through Bodmin, then in Penhale turn off and take the B3275 south for Truro. Cross the A3058 and continue ahead. Immediately after crossing under the railway, turn left and follow signs to Probus. Continue through Probus along Tregony Rd, then when you reach the A390 turn right. Take the next left A3078 for St Mawes, continue to follow this road until you reach St Mawes. Continue on the main road around the town, and the hotel is on the waterfront.
