Directions: From the A38, Devon Expressway, take the exit marked for Marsh Mills & Plymouth City Centre. At the Marsh Mills roundabout take the right hand exit joining the B3416 to Plympton. Follow this road past McDonalds, B&Q & the Unicorn Pub through 4 sets of lights. At the 5th set of lights by the Texaco garage turn left into Larkham Lane. Follow this road to the end where you will find a staggered crossroads. Go across the crossroads into Crossways. At the end of this road turn left into Boringdron Hill towards the top of the hill, the hotel entrance is on the left.
