Directions for Meteor Meet and Greet Parking Services
Arrival instructions:
YOU MUST CALL the number on your confirmation 30 mins from the Airport to receive your meet instructions.
Terminal 1
We will meet you in the drop-off area at Terminal 1 Departures where our Driver will be waiting or when heightened security in force at the Multi Storey short stay car park, level 13 at Terminal 1. This will be confirmed to you when you call the above mobile number.
Terminal 2
We will meet you at Terminal 2 Departures into the drop-off area where our Driver will be waiting or when heightened security in force, at the Multi Storey short stay car park, level 13 at Terminal 1. This will be confirmed to you when you call the above mobile number.
Terminal 3
We will meet you at Terminal 3 Departures into the drop-off area where our Driver will be waiting or when heightened security in force, at the Multi Storey short stay car park, level 13 at Terminal 1. This will be confirmed to you when you call the above mobile number.
Return instructions:
After clearing customs, please call the number on your confirmation and we will confirm your return instructions. Please call the number on your confirmation from outside the UK.
** PLEASE NOTE** You will not be able to wait at this point, so you must arrive at the agreed meeting time (occasionally subject to slight change by Meteor, who will advise if necessary).
******PLEASE CALL Meteor on the number on your confirmation FOR ANY AMENDMENT TO YOUR RESERVATION (including if you are going to arrive earlier or later than the advised time), or the number on your confirmation for last minute problems. Please check the airport terminal your flight departs from with your travel company - a £15 supplement will be charged to your card if you fail to advise any amendments to your return journey which affect the collection of your vehicle.****** The Chauffeur will give the return instructions and you will be required to leave your keys with the attendant ***

- Cars are parked in a fully secured compound with CCTV, 24 hour patrols, floodlighting, security fencing.

You will not be able to wait on the departures level therefore you must arrive at the agreed meeting time (occasionally subject to slight change by Meteor, who will advise if necessary). If your arrival time changes please notify the car park using the numbers on your confirmation details as soon as possible.
