Outbound meet instructions
** Terminals 1 and 3**
We collect your car kerb side at the terminal ensuring an even quicker meet and greet experience. Please call the number on your confirmation ten minutes before arriving at the airport to receive your meet instructions and ensure your personal chauffeur is waiting for you. Failure to ring may result in a delay. You will be required to leave your keys with the attendant. With effect from Friday 06th July 2012, there will be a strict 10 minute waiting policy, enforced by the M.E.T. Police. Please note that over height vehicles will have different inbound instructions.

** Terminal 4**
We collect your car kerb side at the terminal ensuring an even quicker meet and greet experience. Please call the number on your confirmation ten minutes before arriving at the airport to receive your meet instructions and ensure your personal chauffeur is waiting for you. ** Terminal 5**
Please call the number on your confirmation or the number on your confirmation ten minutes before your arrival. Due to congestion, our meet point has changed temporarily. Follows signs to Departures, staying in right hand lane for short term car park, take left hand lane signed fast track, obtain a ticket at the barrier and proceed to zone M - Meet and greet valet parking bays.

Inbound meet instructions
** Terminal 1 **
Collect your luggage, clear customs and call us on the number on your confirmation, exit the door at arrivals and proceed to the ground level of the Terminal 1 SHORT STAY CAR PARK ZONE D.

** Terminal 3**
Collect your luggage, clear customs and call us on the number on your confirmation, take the lift to Departures Level, walk across the footbridge and take the lift to LEVEL 3 ZONE B.

** Terminal 4**
Collect your luggage, clear customs and call us on the number on your confirmation, exit the arrivals door sign posted Valet parking and walk across the road into the SHORT STAY CAR PARK GROUND LEVEL - FAR LANE.

** Terminal 5**
Collect luggage, clear customs and call the number on your confirmation8 / the number on your confirmation3 to arrange collection of your vehicle.

***PLEASE CALL Meteor on the number on your confirmation FOR ANY AMENDMENT TO YOUR RESERVATION or the number on your confirmation for last minute problems.***
Please check the airport terminal your flight departs from with your travel company - a £15 supplement will be charged to your card if you fail to advise any amendments to your return journey which affect the collection of your vehicle.

We collect your car kerb side at the terminal for quicker meet and greet. Please call the number on your voucher ten minutes before arriving at the airport to receive your meet instructions and ensure your chauffeur is waiting for you.
What is the pick-up procedure?
Collect luggage, clear Customs and call the number provided to arrange collection of your vehicle.
What security measures does the car park have?
Cars are parked in a fully secured car park with CCTV and 24 hour patrols.
What else do I need to know?
You will not be able to wait on the departures level therefore you must arrive at the agreed meeting time (occasionally subject to slight change by Meteor, who will advise if necessary). If your arrival time changes please notify the car park using the numbers on your confirmation details as soon as possible.

You will be required to leave your keys with the attendant
