Directions for Meteor Meet and Greet Parking Services
Arrival instructions:
PLEASE CALL the number on your confirmation WHEN YOU ARE 10 MINUTES AWAY from the airport to confirm your meet time with your driver. Failure to ring may result in a delay. Please look out for our drivers who will be wearing black shirts/jackets and trousers with the Meteor meet and greet parking logo clearly visible. You will be required to leave your keys with the attendant. Emergency Helpline is the number on your confirmation
North Terminal: Follow signs to Departures, set down and passenger drop off and our driver will meet you at the far end.
South Terminal:Follow signs to car Set-Down (ground level) and park at far end just after the pedestrian crossing.
***PLEASE NOTE*** You will not be able to wait at this point, so you must arrive at the agreed meeting time (occasionally subject to slight change by Meteor, who will advise if necessary).
On return:
A No Waiting policy is in force at the terminal. Therefore please collect luggage, clear customs and then call the number on your confirmation. Emergency Helpline is the number on your confirmation.
North Terminal: Exit building on the ground floor and follow signs to customer pick up and our driver will be waiting with your car in a convenient space.
South Terminal: Follow signs to Courtesy Coaches and wait near the traffic lights. Emergency no. is the number on your confirmation.
******PLEASE CALL Meteor on the number on your confirmation FOR ANY AMENDMENT TO YOUR RESERVATION on the day of arrival (including if you are going to arrive earlier or later than the advised time).
Please check the airport terminal your flight departs from with your travel company - a £15 supplement will be charged to your card if you fail to advise any amendments to your return journey which affect the collection of your vehicle.*On collection the Chauffeur will give the return instructions and you will be required to leave your keys with the attendant ***Please note that due to temporary insurance restrictions we are unable to accept the following vehicles: Maserati, Aston Martin and Ferrari

- Please drive to the departure terminal entrance where you will be met by a uniformed chauffeur who will take your car to the fully secured airport car park.

- A No Waiting policy is in force at the terminal. Therefore please collect luggage, clear customs and then call the number on your confirmation. Exit building on the Arrivals level and turn left, cross to the third lane, opposite building works.
- What security measures does the car park have?
- Cars are parked in a fully secured car park with CCTV and 24 hour patrols.

- You will not be able to wait on the departures level therefore you must arrive at the agreed meeting time (occasionally subject to slight change by Meteor, who will advise if necessary). If your arrival time changes please notify the car park using the numbers on your confirmation details as soon as possible.
