Dubai 'a destination for the future'

Dubai is a destination to which increasing numbers of people will travel in the future, an investment expert has claimed.

According to Nick Marr, chief executive of Marr International, owner of investment company Homesgofast, the United Arab Emirates will define the future of modern travel and emigration.

"Dubai is the future," he claimed. "I think it is going to be one of the most popular places in the world."

Mr Marr went on to explain that the emirate incorporates amenities and attractions of the type that cannot be found anywhere else.

Dubai's Sports City, for example, will reportedly hold a number of major sporting events in the future, while the Dubailand theme park will begin to overshadow Disneyland.

"It is going to be the attraction of the world," Mr Marr continued. "When you go to Dubai you realise that of the 1.5 million population, 1.2 million are ex-pats. It is a truly international destination. It is a very friendly place."

Yet another advantage of the city, according to the investment expert, is its hotels, which are all new and therefore offer top quality amenities and features.

Flights to Dubai are available from a number of locations in the UK, including Heathrow Airport and Manchester Airport.
