Kelly Osbourne to make West End debut

Kelly Osbourne to make West End debutKelly Osbourne is set to take to the stage in popular West End hit Chicago next month at London's Cambridge Theatre.

The 22-year-old daughter of Black Sabbath rocker Ozzy and music producer Sharon Osbourne is said to be excited about taking up her role from September 10th.

She will perform as prison matron Mama Morton for a seven-week stint, according to the show's producers.

Speaking to hellomagazine.com, she said: "It's been a dream of mine to be in the West End.

"I can't wait to work with such an amazing cast."

Kelly is no stranger to the music world and has herself topped the British singles chart with Changes - a duet she sang with her father.

Chicago has been a popular choice for theatregoers since it opened at the Adelphi Theatre in 1997.

Last April, it was moved to the Cambridge Theatre and has since seen a number of celebrities tread it boards for the show including Duncan James, Tina Arena and TV presenter Denise Van Outen.
