Gdansk is new easyJet destination from Edinburgh
Gdansk in the north of Poland is the latest destination to be added to easyJet's burgeoning list of flight options, the budget airline has announced.Flights will be made available from Edinburgh Airport three times per week and will become available to the public from October 30th.
A total of five services are now available through the budget airline to Poland from Edinburgh airport with the other four being Krakow, Warsaw, Katowice and Poznan.
With Edinburgh Airport continuing to add new destinations to its roster all the time, it is now catching up to Glasgow Airport in terms of the amount of passengers travelling through the airport.
In time for the winter season 2007 to 2008, easyJet has also announced that it will add new flights to Innsbruck, Madeira and Lisbon.
From October 1st, Gdansk will be reachable from London Gatwick Airport as well and flights will be available from £24.99 each way inclusive of taxes meaning that more money could be spent on extending the holiday, perhaps with a night in one of Gatwick's airport hotels.
