Lowest fare guarantee extended by Ryanair
Low budget airline Ryanair has announced plans to extend its lowest fare guarantee until June 30th.The Irish airline, which has hubs at Liverpool Airport and Bristol Airport, insists no other airline is matching its guaranteed low fares.
On the London to Milan route the lowest fare guarantee compares flights from Heathrow Airport, Gatwick Airport, Stansted Airport, Luton Airport and City Airport to Malpensa, Linate and Bergamo airports in Milan.
It says that customers can compare 71 return flights between the two cities to find the lowest price possible.
Ryanair's head of communications Peter Sherrard said the airline continued to guarantee that no airline in Europe could match its fares.
"Only Ryanair guarantees the lowest fares on all bookings, to all countries and across city airports," he commented.
Ryanair revealed that if flyers can find cheaper flights with any other airline it will hand over double the difference between Ryanair's fare and the competitor's fare.
Ryanair is Europe's largest low-cost carrier and although it is headquartered in Dublin, its biggest operational base is located at Stansted Airport.
