BA Strike Called Off - Book a Bargain!
The threat of strike action in the news over the past couple of weeks has been a headache for many travellers booked on to BA flights. But with recent negotiations between union cheifs and BA bosses resulting in the strike action being called off many customers are now able to buy bargain tickets on the reinstated flights.
When strike action first entered the news, BA offered passengers free amendments on their bookings so they could choose a date outside of the chaos. Flights from Gatwick and Heathrow, the Uk's busiest airports, were cancelled on the 30th and 31st of January. However, with strike action called off and the flights reinstated many are now empty resulting in BA cutting the price in order to appeal to passengers looking for a last minute bargain.
If you're one of those people snapping up the bargain seats then don't forget that FHR offer great deals on airport parking near Gatwick and Heathrow as well as travel insurance available to book on our website at short notice.
