Lily Cole to pick Gatwick Fashion Week winners

Gatwick Fashion Week launches on August 5th and will see supermodel Lily Cole announce the winners of the Gatwick Runway Models competition as part of the four day event.

On August 6th, Miss Cole and her fellow judges will choose the winning male and female models as ten finalists parade down the runway showcasing some of the hottest fashions available in Gatwick Airport's duty-free shopping, reported ContactMusic.com.

The winners of the Gatwick Runway Model will secure an exclusive contract with modelling agency Storm.

It was recently reported by the Daily Star that Miss Cole has agreed to help launch ex-popstar Lily Allen's new vintage clothing range alongside Elizabeth Hurley.

Speaking to Bang Showbiz, the actress and model explained her love of airport shopping as a "fun and convenient way to pass the time".

She said: "First and foremost, the benefits are obviously the tax-free discount and you can get 30 per cent off some brands."
