Love the London Theatre?
If you love the theatre and believe that you can offer perception and clarity when reviewing shows, then the Society of London Theatre-which organises and runs the prestigious Laurence Olivier awards, would like to hear from you.
The society is looking for 14 members of the general public to sit on the panel that will review productions and make their observations. You will be expected to attend a vast array of London productions throughout the next year and be able to consider the merits of each performance.
In order to apply, you will need to be over 18 years of age and live within easy access of London. Each applicant must write a review of the most recent production they have seen, they will also have to list all productions that they have been to over the last year.
If you would like to apply for this fantastic opportunity, you can pick up a leaflet from any West End theatre. You can also apply on-line or request an application form by emailing: awards@solttma.co.uk . Postal requests would need to send a SAE to awards office (P) 32 Rose Street, London, WC2E 9ET.
Final date for applications is November 17th, it is envisaged that interviews will start in early December - with the awards year running from 1st January 2007 to 31st December 2007.
Why not start the research for your application by reviewing one of the many shows that we have tickets available for on-line. Click here for information and tickets
