BookFHR can now offer you peace of mind when you travel by filling this gap in the "dynamic" holiday market by offering a phone-based team of highly experienced in-resort holiday representatives, able to assist with all your needs as well as saving you money on excursions and trips whilst you're abroad, all from just £3 per person irrespective of the length of your holiday.

Our representation service can offer help in all sorts of areas, including:

• Lost luggage – they have all the numbers of the airport handling agents
• Accommodation Problems – if you are unable to resolve a problem at your accommodation then representatives can assist mediating a solution.
• Lost / Stolen Items – Unfortunately this does happen, our representatives can assist with appropriate procedures for police reports, insurance claims and lost passports
• Missed / Overbooked flights. Your rep will have access to all of the airline reservations systems to find you a flight home
• Medical Assistance – Representatives are on hand 24 hours a day to put you in touch with the nearest medical facility to your accommodation. In extreme cases a member of staff can be dispatched to personally assist – should the severity of the problem require.
