Edinburgh Airport prepares for busy period
EdinburghAirport parking could be in high demand over the coming days as the Royal Highland Show runs its course in the Scottish capital.
A statement on the hub's official website said that passengers using the airport's facilities between Thursday June 25th and Sunday June 28th should allocate some extra time to ensure the busy roads do not make them late for their flight.
Many people will be flying into the city for the show, which takes place between the aforementioned dates at Ingliston.
According to the website for the Royal Highland Show, hundreds of people will flock to the venue "to touch, taste, see and hear the very best Scotland has to offer".
Various children's activities have been organised, while there will be shopping and fashion facilities, and a whole host of food and drink on offer. There will also be appearances from the country's "finest farmyard animals".
