Virgin launch Dubai service

Virgin Atlantic have today launched their first flights to Dubai and used the occasion to outline their new strategy, putting premium passengers at the centre of a there year growth plan.

The airline added they are focusing on business travel in an attempt to boost margins and profitability, citing fuel costs as being a huge leverage in their new direction.

Virgin believe that the fact that all of their aircraft offer the availability of an upper class suite and their new lounge at Heathrow, will help the carrier achieve a ten per cent rise in business traffic within the first twelve months of the campaign.
