More Faro flights from Gatwick

Three additional flights are to be added on the Gatwick Faro route operated by Monarch for the peak summer period. It will take the number of weekly services offered by the airline up to 12 for this period.

Extra flights will depart on Monday's Wednesday's and Thursday's during the month of August. Sources at Monarch advised that the route increase follows an increase in bookings to the ever popular holiday destination of Portugal.

Monarch has also reported an intention to increase flights between Manchester and Palma over the Easter period.
