London Heathrow passenger numbers return to normal

BAA have published figures this week that show passenger numbers for September have returned to normal after a two-month period of decline. Recent terrorist attacks in London combined with other factors such as the strike action by Gate Gourmet, which severely affected British Airway's schedule over the summer, had an impact on the number of people passing through London Heathrow.Passenger numbers were said to be down by approximately 3%

The report which combines Heathrow's figures with those of BAA's other six airports show that all of the sites have experienced growth in September.Flying out of Heathrow?
