Eastern Airways boosts UK services

Eastern Airways boosts UK servicesEastern Airways will launch a number of developments to its UK network on April 7th which it expects to prove useful to business travellers.

From Leeds/Bradford Airport, the regional carrier will increase flights to both Southampton and Aberdeen from three to four services a day.

The Eastern Airways connection between Newcastle and Cardiff Airport will rise from two to three flights a day, while an extra daily service will take passengers from Manchester Airport to Stansted Airport, between Monday and Thursday.

These developments follow last month's increase in weekday flights to hubs including Newcastle Airport, Southampton and Aberdeen Airport.

Chris Holliday, Eastern Airways' chief operating officer, said: "Our enhanced services are tailored to meet the needs of business commuters.

"As with many of our services we are offering the best choice of flights enabling travellers to conduct important business away from the office without the need for an overnight stay."

Passengers flying with the airline are able to access fast-track security channels at a number of airports, including Cardiff, Stansted and Newcastle.
