New route links Stansted to Dubai

Business-class carrier Eos Airlines announced that it is to launch a new schedule of flights from Stansted Airport to Dubai.

The daily connection between London and the United Arab Emirates (UAE) will begin operating on July 6th this year.

Eos claimed that the service will be the most convenient option for travel between London and Dubai, considering Stansted's access to the capital's financial district and the airline's "industry leading" punctuality record.

Jack Williams, president and chief executive of Eos, said: "Our community includes many guests and investors from the Gulf region who feel that Dubai and Eos are a perfect fit.

"UAE consumers appreciate products and services of the highest quality and we've created a travel experience that authentically reflects their lifestyle, an extension of the way they want to live while flying."

The airline also announced a boost in its transatlantic services, with a new route between New Jersey's Newark airport and London Stansted set to launch on May 5th.
