Building your own holiday package can save you hundreds of pounds but can leave you without the security and protection of having a holiday representative on hand to answer your questions on your resort and assist you in the unlikely event of an emergency.

FHR now offer peace of mind when you travel with a phone-based team of highly experienced in-resort holiday representatives to assist with all your needs as well as saving you ££££"s on excursions whilst you're abroad, all from just £3 per person irrespective of the length of your holiday.

Destination Care offers care in resorts for clients with all sorts of problems including:

• Lost luggage – they have all the numbers of the airport handling agents
• Accommodation Problems – if you are unable to resolve a problem at your accommodation then representatives can assist mediating a solution.
• Lost / Stolen Items – Unfortunately this does happen, our representatives can assist with appropriate procedures for police reports, insurance claims and lost passports
• Missed / Overbooked flights. Your rep will have access to all of the airline reservations systems to find you a flight home
• Medical Assistance – Representatives are on hand 24 hours a day to put you in touch with the nearest medical facility to your accommodation. In extreme cases a member of staff can be dispatched to personally assist – should the severity of the problem require.

Destination Care, also offer a comprehensive concierge service for shopping, restaurant reservations, golf tee times and so on, with disabled passengers well served with assistance throughout their holiday.
