Directions for Meteor Meet & Greet Parking Services (Term. 3)
Terminal 3 - Outbound: YOU MUST CALL the number on your confirmation 10 mins from the Airport to receive your meet
instructions. We will meet you at Terminal 3 Departures into the drop-off area where our Driver will be waiting or when heightened security in force, at the Multi Storey short stay car park, level 13 at Terminal 1. This will be confirmed to you when you call the above mobile number.

Terminal 3 - Inbound: After clearing customs, please call the number on your confirmation and we will confirm your return instructions. Please call the number on your confirmation from outside the UK.

** PLEASE NOTE** You will not be able to wait at this point, so you must arrive at the agreed meeting time (occasionally subject to slight change by Meteor, who will advise if necessary).

As the latest meet instructions are changing all the time due to security measures at the airport it may be advisable to check for any changes to this proceedure prior to leaving home on the number on your confirmation.

Please check the airport terminal your flight departs from with your travel company - a £15 supplement will be charged to your card if you fail to advise any amendments to your return journey which affect the collection of your vehicle.****** The Chauffeur will give the return instructions and you will be required to leave your keys with the attendant ***

Cars are parked in a fully secured compound with CCTV, 24 hour patrols, floodlighting, security fencing. This car park holds the Police/AA Gold Award for security.

Overall a very good service but I was the last one to leave after everyone else had had their cars returned and got in taxi's both black cabs and pre booked. I understand that there is no waiting but I could easily have walked to long stay car park and been away much quicker on my return. Drop off was quite quick
