***YOU MUST CALL the number on your confirmation WHEN YOU ARE APPROXIMATELY 30 MINUTES AWAY FROM HEATHROW AIRPORT TO CONFIRM YOUR ARRIVAL TIME*** INSTRUCTIONS: From M4J4 take H/throw spur.TERM. 1: From tunnel follow signs to T1 departures, keep left up ramp towards 'Parking Short Stay' set down point, chauffeur will be past 2nd pedestrian crossing at the end near lifts on right. TERM.2: From tunnel follow signs to T2 short stay, you will be met at beginning of set down lane (furthest lane from front of T2 building on left) TERM.3: From tunnel follow signs for T3, keep right through set of lights.Follow signs for 'Premier Kerb Side Checkin' you will be met at the beginning of the furthest lane from the T3 building to your right. TERM.4: When approaching T4 go up ramp towards departures keeping left. Up ramp signed 'Departures Set Down point' chauffeur will be waiting between front and middle of lanes 2 & 3 under 'The British Airways Express parking Sign' ***YOU WILL THEN BE MET BY A FULLY INSURED DRIVER WHO WILL DRIVE YOUR CAR TO A SECURE COMPOUND***
***Please check your Meet Time is correct as this is the time you will be met on arrival at the airport. If the meeting time changes after your booking has been made, please call at least 1 hour prior to arrival. You will be required to leave your keys with the attendant***

What is the drop-off procedure?
Meet outside your departure terminal. Please ring the number on your confirmation when you are about 30 mins. from Heathrow to confirm your arrival time.
What is the pick-up procedure?
After you have collected your luggage please call the car park on the number on your confirmation. The driver will then return your car to the airport terminal.
What security measures does the car park have?
The site has pallatine fencing with razor wire top, CCTV and is manned 24 hours.
What else do I need to know?
No mobile homes, lorries, trailers or caravans are permitted. Parking is at owners own risk and is subject to the terms and conditions of the car park, available at car park reception.
