PLEASE TAKE THIS CONFIRMATION WITH YOU - On Arrival at airport:
Our chauffeur, wearing a black jacket, will meet you outside departures in the car lane (If Terminal 1, Lower/left section of Departures. If Terminal 4, 3rd lane outside Departures.) Important - Your chauffeur will wait up to 15 minutes after the meeting time but will wait longer if you have telephoned to say you are running late. TERMINAL 5 - See below
IF THERE IS ANY CHANGE TO YOUR MEETING TIME, PLEASE TELEPHONE OUR HELPLINE DIRECT ON the number on your confirmation OR INTERNATIONAL + the number on your confirmation64.
TERMINAL 5 - DROP OFF POINT (LEVEL 4). Drive up the ramp towards Departures. Bear right at sign for "Short Stay and Passenger Pick Up". Drive under the height restriction arm, keep left and follow sign for "Fast Track". At entrance barrier take a ticket (don`t worry there will be nothing to pay). Once inside follow arrows on road to "Row L" where our chauffeur will meet you and take your parking ticket.

The chauffeur will give you the return details for collection of your car. Your vehicle is then parked in their secured compound.

IF YOUR ARRIVAL TIME CHANGES PLEASE ADVISE FHR OR THE CAR PARK AS SOON AS POSSIBLE -YOUR CHAUFFEUR WILL WAIT UP TO 15 MINUTES PAST THE REQUESTED MEET TIME, BUT WILL WILL WAIT LONGER IF YOU PHONE THE CAR PARK ON the number on your confirmation9 TO TELL THEM YOU HAVE BEEN DELAYED. THERE WILL BE A £17.50 CHARGE FOR AN AMENDMENT WITHIN 1 HOUR OF THE AGREED MEET TIME.

What is the airport transfer frequency?

airport transfers are not required

What is the drop-off procedure?

The chaffeur will be wearing a black jacket and cap and have a Purple Parking ID tag. Full details of the return procedure will be given by the Chaffeur

What is the pick-up procedure?

On return call the freephone number given when your car was collected. Your vehicle will then be dispatched

What security measures does the car park have?

This car park has barrier controls, CCTV, security lighting, high fencing and holds the AA/Police Gold Award for security

What else do I need to know?

You will not be able to wait on the departures level therefore you must arrive at the agreed meeting time. If your arrival time changes please notify FHR or the car park using the numbers on your confirmation details as soon as possible.
