Please call the number on your confirmation or the number on your confirmation ten minutes before your arrival at Heathrow, follow signs to Heathrow Terminal 5 and drive to the Departure level where the driver will meet you.

You will not be able to wait on the departures level therefore you must arrive at the agreed meeting time (occasionally subject to slight change by Meteor, who will advise if necessary). If your arrival time changes please notify the car park using the numbers on your confirmation details as soon as possible.

Found your company on a web search and was impressed by the service and the value for money. One small problem was that I booked to depart Heathrow terminal 5 and return Heathrow terminal 1. This was included on the web application. However, when I dropped off my car the driver did not have my paperwork and made a note that the arrival would be terminal 1. On arrival I was informed my car was at terminal 5. It took about 20 minutes to get the car to terminal 1. Although the mix up on return was unfortunate, it did cause an irritation as I was only in the UK for 14 hours before departing for another business trip. Overall, it will not stop me using your services again.
