Please call the number on your confirmation ten minutes before your arrival and drive to the Departure level where our driver will meet you.

Departure Procedure

Collect luggage, clear Customs and call the number on your confirmation or the number on your confirmation to arrange collection of your vehicle.

Security Measures

Cars are parked in a fully secured car park with CCTV and 24 hour patrols.

Additional Information

You will not be able to wait on the departures level therefore you must arrive at the agreed meeting time (occasionally subject to slight change by Meteor, who will advise if necessary). If your arrival time changes please notify the car park using the numbers on your confirmation details as soon as possible.
