Arrival Procedure
Parking reception is located on Arrivals floor. Follow signs for Meteor valet Parking for lower level, 3rd lane from the terminal building.you will be required to leave your keys.
Departure Procedure
After clearing Customs, call the number on your confirmation. Exit the Arrivals building, take 3rd lane, turn right and reception is at the end on the right hand side.
Security Measures
Cars are parked in a fully secured car park with CCTV and 24 hour patrols. The car park holds the secured car parks award.

Additional Information


You will not be able to wait on the departures level therefore you must arrive at the agreed meeting time (occasionally subject to slight change by Meteor, who will advise if necessary). If your arrival time changes please notify the car park using the numbers on your confirmation details as soon as possible.

Outbound-

**IMPORTANT** PLEASE CALL the number on your confirmation. WHEN YOU ARE 10 MINUTES AWAY from the airport to confirm your meet time with your driver. Failure to ring may result in a delay.

Inbound-
After clearing Customs, call the number on your confirmation. Exit the Arrivals building, take 3rd lane, turn right and reception is at the end on the right hand side. Please check your vehicle on its return - any problems must be advised immediately.

***PLEASE CALL Meteor on the number on your confirmation FOR ANY AMENDMENT TO YOUR RESERVATION (including if you are going to arrive earlier or later than the advised time) or for last minute problems the number on your confirmation.
Please check the airport terminal your flight departs from with your travel company - a £15 supplement will be charged to your card if you fail to advise any amendments to your return journey which affect the collection of your vehicle.*** The Chauffeur will give the return instructions and you will be required to leave your keys with the attendant ***
