Arrival Procedure
Follow signs to terminal 2 Departures, take right hand lane to the end, Meteor Valet Reception is 100 metres diagonally left. you will be required to leave your car keys.
Departure Procedure
Clear customs then call the number on your confirmation. Exit terminal and turn left to end of concourse to the Meteor Valet Parking Reception.
Security Measures
Cars are parked in a fully secured car park with CCTV and 24 hour patrols. The car park holds the secured car parks award.

Additional Information


You will not be able to wait on the departures level therefore you must arrive at the agreed meeting time (occasionally subject to slight change by Meteor, who will advise if necessary). If your arrival time changes please notify the car park using the numbers on your confirmation details as soon as possible.

Outbound -
Follow signs to terminal 2 Departures, take right hand lane to the end, Meteor Valet Reception is 100 metres diagonally left. You will not be able to wait at this point; therefore you must arrive at the agreed meeting time (occasionally subject to slight change by Meteor, who will advise if necessary).
PLEASE CALL the number on your confirmation WHEN YOU ARE 10 MINUTES AWAY from the airport to confirm your meet time with your driver. Failure to ring may result in a delay.

Inbound -
Clear customs then call the number on your confirmation. Exit terminal and turn left to end of concourse to the Meteor Valet Parking Reception.

Please check your vehicle on its return - any problems must be advised immediately.*******PLEASE CALL Meteor on the number on your confirmation FOR ANY AMENDMENT TO YOUR RESERVATION (including if you are going to arrive earlier or later than the advised time), or the number on your confirmation for last minute problems. Please check the airport terminal your flight departs from with your travel company - a £15 supplement will be charged to your card if you fail to advise any amendments to your return journey which affect the collection of your vehicle.****** The Chauffeur will give the return instructions and you will be required to leave your keys with the attendant ***
