Departure Procedure
On your return to Heathrow,once you have collected your luggage,please phone the number on your confirmation, or the number on your confirmation, from the baggage claim area,quoting your reservation number, to confirm you are ready for collection. Vehicles will be returned to Departures.

For all terminals, customers should make their way to the DEPARTURE drop off point where our representative will be waiting. You will be required to leave your car keys with the attendant.

****PLEASE NOTE***** YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO WAIT AT THE AIRPORT, THEREFORE YOU MUST ARRIVE AT THE AGREED MEETING TIME. IF YOUR ARRIVAL TIME CHANGES ON THE DAY OF ARRIVAL PLEASE CALL THE CAR PARK ON the number on your confirmation AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. (Amendments to times before the day of arrival should be made with FHR on the number on your confirmation). Please call the number on your confirmation when you are 15 minutes from the terminals to ensure your chauffeur is waiting for you should you be running ahead or behind schedule.

On return you should ring the car park on the number on your confirmation as soon as you have retrived your luggage.

NO VANS ALLOWED - ANY VANS ARRIVING WILL BE SUBJECT TO FURTHER CHARGES BY CAR PARK.
