Directions for Happy Days Meet & Greet
For Terminals 1-4:
Please make your way to the DEPARTURE drop off point where our representative will be waiting. You will be required to leave your car keys with the attendant.

For Terminal 5:
On Entering Terminal 5 short term Car Park Follow signs to Fast Track entry lane (level 4). Drive to zones L to Q on level 4 & park in the designated area

****PLEASE NOTE***** YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO WAIT AT THE AIRPORT, THEREFORE YOU MUST ARRIVE AT THE AGREED MEETING TIME. IF YOUR ARRIVAL TIME CHANGES ON THE DAY OF ARRIVAL PLEASE CALL THE CAR PARK ON the number on your confirmation AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. (Amendments to times before the day of arrival should be made with FHR on the number on your confirmation).
***IMPORTANT** Please call the number on your confirmation when you are 15 minutes from the terminals to ensure your chauffeur is waiting for you on the exact time of your arrival. (alternative contact numbers for the car park are the number on your confirmation and the number on your confirmation).

On return you should ring the car park on the number on your confirmation as soon as you have retrieved your luggage.

NO VANS ALLOWED - ANY VANS ARRIVING WILL BE SUBJECT TO FURTHER CHARGES BY CAR PARK.

What is the pick-up procedure?
On your return to Heathrow,once you have collected your luggage,please phone the number on your confirmation, or the number on your confirmation, from the baggage claim area,quoting your reservation number, to confirm you are ready for collection. Vehicles will be returned to Departures.
What security measures does the car park have?
This car park has razor wire perimeter fencing and is manned 24 hours.

I arrived at the stated time only to find that I had to give 15 minutes notice. This was not made clear on the booking and nearly missed my fight. Fortunately, once I contacted Happy Days they sent a driver very quickly.
