Directions for Economy Meet & Greet
******IMPORTANT - Please call the number on your confirmation 30 minutes before arriving at the terminal. Your Chauffeur will meet you at your designated terminal. ******THIS SERVICE IS NOT AVAILABLE BEFORE 05.00AM - PLEASE TAKE THIS CONFIRMATION WITH YOU

On arrival follow instructions to your designated terminal. *Please call the number on your confirmation 30 minutes before arriving at the terminal.
Terminal 1. From M4 J4 take the Heathrow spur. Head towards T1 Departures. On exiting the entrance tunnel take the left hand lane for Terminal 1, car park 1. Take a ticket at the barrier, proceed to the lower level, row D where our chauffeur will meet you. (on return - Exit arrivals and proceed to Car PARK 1 Lower level, row D. Our return chauffeur will validate the car park ticket for use at the exit barrier).
Terminal 2. Follow signs for T2 Short Stay. Your Chauffeur will be at the start of the set down lane (furthest lane from the Terminal building).
Terminal 3. Follow signs for T3, keep right at the lights. Your Chauffeur will be at start of furthest lane from the terminal building.
Terminal 4. Go up the ramp to Departures. Keep to left lane. Your Chauffeur will be waiting towards the start of lanes 2 & 3 under the British Airways Express Parking sign.
Terminal 5. Our Chauffeur will be waiting on level 4 to collect your vehicle.

The chauffeur will be waiting at your requested terminal. They will give you the return details for collection of your car. Your vehicle is then parked in their secured compound.

IF YOUR ARRIVAL TIME CHANGES PLEASE ADVISE FHR OR THE CAR PARK AS SOON AS POSSIBLE -YOUR CHAUFFEUR WILL WAIT UP TO 15 MINUTES PAST THE REQUESTED MEET TIME, BUT WILL WILL WAIT LONGER IF YOU PHONE THE CAR PARK ON the number on your confirmation TO TELL THEM YOU HAVE BEEN DELAYED. THERE WILL BE A £17.50 CHARGE FOR AN AMENDMENT WITHIN 1 HOUR OF THE AGREED MEET TIME.

What is the drop-off procedure?

Please call the number on your confirmation 30 minutes before arriving at the terminal. Your Chauffeur will meet you at your designated terminal. Full details of the return procedure will be given by the Chaffeur

What is the pick-up procedure?

On your return your vehicle will be brought back to you at your designated terminal.

What security measures does the car park have?

Cars are stored in a secured site, approx. 4 miles from the Airport, with 24 hour cctv in operation.

What else do I need to know?

You will not be able to wait on the departures level therefore you must arrive at the agreed meeting time. If your arrival time changes please notify FHR or the car park using the numbers on your confirmation details as soon as possible.
