Directions for Drivefly Meet & Greet
On Arrival at airport:
Terminal 1: Drive up ramp to departures in the left lane, follow road round to left down on to the lower section, the chauffeur will meet you in this area.
Terminal 2: Drive to furthest lane away from the departure building
Terminal 3: Drive to second or third lane outside the departure building
Terminal 4: Drive to the furthest lane outside the departure building
Terminal 5: Drive to the first or second lane nearest to Terminal building.
The chauffeur will be waiting at your requested terminal, a receipt confirming the mileage and condition of your car will be given. They will give you the return details for collection of your car. Your vehicle is then parked in their secured compound. **If your arrival time changes on the day of arrival please notify us on the number on your confirmation4**

Return procedure: Once you have collected your luggage and are about to clear Customs, call the number given when your car was collected. You will be asked to remain in the terminal building,(so you do not have to wait in wet or cold conditions) once the chauffeur arrives back at the departures lane, he will call you to come and collect your car, and assist you with your luggage.

Please note this service is only available if pickup and return times are between 04:00 and 00:00 - You will be required to leave your keys with the attendant

Arrival Procedure
A chauffeur in a Black suit will meet you at the kerb side at the terminal. He will identify you with your full details. You will be called 20-30 mins prior to confirm your arrival time to ensure your chauffeur is waiting for you.
Departure Procedure
Once you have collected your luggage and are about to clear Customs, call the number given when your car was collected.
Security Measures
The car park where your car will be stored has Security fencing-Barbed wire with CCTV, security lighting, with 24-hour security.
Additional Information
You will not be able to wait on the departures level therefore you must arrive at the agreed meeting time. If you anticipate arriving earlier, please call the number provided. If your arrival time changes please notify us on the number supplied or FHR as soon as possible. Please note this service is only available if pickup and return times are between 04:00 and 00:00
