Directions for Drivefly Meet & Greet
***Please notify us when you are approx. 30min away from airport on the number on your confirmation9 or the number on your confirmation17*** On Arrival at airport:
Terminal 1:When exiting the tunnel,keep to the lane furthest left.Follow the sign for Terminal 1,Customer Arrival, Short-Stay Car Park. After passing the ticket barrier take the 2nd Left to the ground level of the car park, park your car in zone D.***Return:Collect from same place as drop off

Terminal 2: Drive to furthest lane away from the departure building
Terminal 3: Drive to second or third lane outside the departure building
Terminal 4: Drive to the furthest lane outside the departure building
Terminal 5: Drive towards the pick up and departure point, as you go up the ramp, you will see a sign for Short stay Car Park. Follow the signs for Short Stay Car park, (This is Level 4 of the Terminal Car Park) but keep in the left hand side lane marked "Fast track Business Parking". Drive to the Barrier and take a ticket, and then proceed to area Zone L-M, where you will be met by our staff. There is no additional Charge to the customer for entering the Car park.
The chauffeur will be waiting at your requested terminal, a receipt confirming the mileage and condition of your car will be given. They will give you the return details for collection of your car. Your vehicle is then parked in their secured compound. **If your arrival time changes on the day of arrival please notify us on the number on your confirmation9 or the number on your confirmation5 or the number on your confirmation7**

Return procedure: Once you have collected your luggage and are about to clear Customs, call the number given when your car was collected. You will be asked to remain in the terminal building,(so you do not have to wait in wet or cold conditions) once the chauffeur arrives back at the departures lane, he will call you to come and collect your car.
Please note this service is only available if pickup and return times are between 04:00 and 00:00 - You will be required to leave your keys with the attendant

You will be met by a chauffeur wearing a Black suit on the kerb side at the terminal. He will identify you with your full details.

What is the pick-up procedure?

Once you have collected your luggage and are about to clear Customs, call the number given when your car was collected.

What security measures does the car park have?

The car park where your car will be stored has Security fencing-Barbed wire with CCTV, security lighting, with 24-hour security.

What else do I need to know?

You will not be able to wait on the departures level therefore you must arrive at the agreed meeting time. If you anticipate arriving earlier, please call the number provided. If your arrival time changes please notify us on the number supplied or FHR as soon as possible. Please note this service is only available if pickup and return times are between 04:00 and 00:00
