Cophall Farm Parking Meet & Greet EXIT M23 at junction 9 and exit to Gatwick Airport. Follow signs to the terminal of your departure: for North Terminal follow signs to drop off and you will be met in one of the 3 lanes by the Sofitel Hotel. For South Terminal, please follow signs for arrivals (lower level) and continue past the car rentals to the end of the lane, you can then pull up either side of the road just passed the traffic lights.

A driver will meet you and will identify you by your car registration. The driver will give you instructions of what to do on return - Please check your vehicle on its return - any problems must be advised immediately. *** You will be required to leave your keys with the attendant ***

What is the drop-off procedure?

A fully insured driver will meet you on the lower level and will identify you by your car registration. From 1st March 2006 - for South Terminal, please follow signs for arrivals (lower level) and stop on the right hand side opposite bus stop 12

What is the pick-up procedure?

Full details of the returns procedure will be given by the driver when collecting your car

What security measures does the car park have?

This compound is fully insured, alarmed and manned 24 hours a day

What else do I need to know?

You will not be able to wait on the lower level therefore you must arrive at the agreed meeting time. If your arrival time changes please notify FHR or the car park using the numbers on your confirmation details as soon as possible.
If the vehicle parked takes up more than one space (e.g. Transit Van) then you will be charged for both spaces

This service is on request if the pickup or return times are between Midnight and 6am

You will be required to leave your keys with the attendant
