For North Terminal -- PLEASE CALL the number on your confirmation WHEN YOU ARE 10 MINUTES AWAY from the airport to confirm your meet time with your driver. Failure to ring may result in a delay --Follow signs to Departures, set down and passenger drop off and our driver will meet you at the far end. Please look out for the Aardvark cauffeur. ON RETURN: A No Waiting policy is in force at the terminal. Therefore please collect luggage, clear customs and then call the number on your confirmation. Exit building on the Arrivals level, turn left and cross to the third lane, opposite building works. Emergency Helpline is the number on your confirmation.

Please drive to the departure terminal entrance where you will be met by a uniformed chauffeur who will take your car to the fully secured airport car park.

Cars are parked in a fully secured car park with CCTV and 24 hour patrols.

What else do I need to know?

You will not be able to wait on the departures level therefore you must arrive at the agreed meeting time (occasionally subject to slight change by Aardvark, who will advise if necessary). If your arrival time changes please notify the car park using the numbers on your confirmation details as soon as possible.
