barrier did not recognize credit card tried the intercom no one in office- took ticket instead- no problems on return gave code and was let out of car park --promo codes are usefull parking on airport can be pricey.

There is a need to look at signing at Manchester it isn't clear that FHR long term parking s within the Terminal 2 short term parking area. Also on the last two times I have arrived it has not recognised my credit card for pre-booking and I have had to contact your office to be allowed admittance the same is for departing.

The scanner didn't recognise the credit card used to pay for the booking, luckily there was not a queue so we were able to use the buzzer for assistance. This happened both going into and leaving the car park however the buzzer was answered quickly and the barrier lifted. Overall satisfactory experience and shall use this carpark again in May.

The only problems were getting in and out of the car park. The machine would not take the credit card which was used to pre-pay so had to wait for assistance.

Better directions to the actual car park would have helped us. Also we found the car park o be very convenient and competitievly priced and we wil be using it again when we travel in March

Directions for Manchester Airport Multi-storey - T2

1. Leave the M56 at Junction 5, stay in the left hand lane following signs for Terminal 2.
2. At the first roundabout, take the 2nd exit, signposted Terminal 2.
3. Come down the hill and at the next roundabout, with the Radisson Hotel in front of you, take the 2nd exit and pass T2 Over-height on your left hand side. The Multi storey car park is located on your left hand side.

The post code of the car park is: M90 4ZY - Maximum height 2m (6ft 6in).

3. Enter car park - proceed to the nearest available space

If token is nor present:
4. Scan QR Code
5. Take token from slot
6. Enter car park
If QR code is not recognised - Press the intercom button for assistance and quote your booking reference to the attendant.

Exit instructions:
1. drive up to the barrier
2. Insert token
3. Exit car park

If prompted for over-stay payment use integrated chip and pin device. If you have a query press the intercom button.

how long is a few minutes undercover walk. My husband has walkingdifficuties Thanks for your question It's the multi-storey car park so could be a couple of hundred yards depending on where you park in relation to the terminal. A meet and greet may be a more preferrable option where they will collect the car at the terminal or alternatively you could drop your husband at the terminal and then take the car round to the multi-storey
