What is the drop-off procedure?

Client must drive to airport & call the car park as they approach the airport,then meet the car attendant outside the terminal building at the drop-off point.Please allow an extra 30 minutes on arrival time for Meet&Greet at peak times,e.g.0400-0700.

What is the pick-up procedure?

Please have £3.80 to exit barrier, you have to pay at the Pay station, next to the Meet and Greet area, if over ten minutes the charges go up, so please make sure you are actually coming out of the terminal before ringing for your car.

What security measures does the car park have?

FOR 'ON THE DAY' CHANGE IN DETAILS, OR IF YOU HAVE FAILED TO ADVISE ANY AMENDMENT TO THE RETURN JOURNEY WHICH AFFECTS THE COLLECTION OF YOUR VEHICLE, YOU WILL BE CHARGED A £15 SUPPLEMENT AND FOR ANY ADDIITONAL DAYS AS APPLICABLE.

WE will definatley use again, very polite,smart drivers. Bit chaotic at Luton's new drop off zone but they found us and returned the car quikly. Only pity is that there's no way to drop disabled passengers right outside the terminal entrance as it's quite along walk, especially if raining.

PLEASE NOTE: You must print your voucher to hand to the chauffeur on arrival.

Meet and Greet Procedure
- IMPORTANT - you MUST call us on the number on your confirmation or the number on your confirmation or Mobile the number on your confirmation as you are leaving the motorway if coming via the M1 motorway, or if you are travelling via an alternative route please call us when you are approx. 10 minutes from the airport, this allows us time to get to the airport for your arrival.

When you get to the Short Term Car park, there is a barrier system, please take a ticket and park up on right in Meet and Greet area, hand the ticket and parking voucher to our driver and please confirm your dates, return flight and arrival times, as this is important for us.

On your return
On your return please collect your luggage and clear customs before telephoning us, we will then bring your car back to the drop off point. Please have a £3.80 to exit barrier, you have to pay at the Pay station, next to the Meet and Greet area, if over ten minutes the charges go up to £7.50, so please make sure you are actually coming out of the terminal before ringing for your car.
