Directions for Star Parking - Meet & Greet

*PLEASE NOTE* YOU MUST ARRIVE AT AGREED ARRIVAL TIME, IF TIME CHANGES ring the number on your confirmation ASAP. FOR ANY CHANGES ON THE DAY, OR FAILURE TO ADVISE AMENDMENTS WHICH AFFECTS RETURN OF YOUR VEHICLE, THERE IS A £15 SUPPLEMENT. FOR ARRIVALS/RETURNS BETWEEN 23.00-05.00 THERE IS A £11.75 SUPPLEMENT.

*Terminal 1* - Passengers may drop off their vehicle for collection by AAP LTD (Star Parking) on the designated area of the forecourt.The designated area will be the outermost lane (sometimes referred to as lane 4) of the forecourt, this can be found by driving up the ramp keeping in the left hand lane, & at the top of the ramp drop down to a slightly lower level. We have a 10 minute window to collect customers' vehicles from this area, therefore timing is essential, anyone arriving early or late must inform us that this will be the case and obtain agreement from us that it is ok to arrive at the alternative time. *Terminal 1 Return* - Passengers will collect their cars on the ground level of the Terminal 1 short stay car park "Row D". The designated area of the car park will be signposted.

*Terminal 3* - Passengers may drop off their vehicle for collection by AAP LTD (Star Parking) on the designated area of the forecourt.The designated area will be in lane 5 of the forecourt at the front of the departure terminal. We have a 10 minute window to collect customers' vehicles from this area, therefore timing is essential, anyone arriving early or late must inform us that this will be the case and obtain agreement from us that it is ok to arrive at the alternative time. *Terminal 3 Return* - Passengers will pick up their cars on Level 5 of the Terminal 3 short stay car park. Once in the arrivals terminal turn left and proceed to the lifts, take this lift to level 1 where you will find a covered bridge which takes you to the car park lifts, enter the lift and go to level 5. The designated area of the car park is by these lifts and you should be able to see your vehicle and driver.

*Terminal 4* - Passengers may drop off their vehicle for collection by AAP LTD (Star Parking) on the designated area of the forecourt.The designated area will be in lane 3 (furthest lane away from the terminal) of the forecourt outside the departure terminal which is located up the ramp in front of the building.
We have a 10 minute window to collect customers' vehicles from this area, therefore timing is essential, anyone arriving early or late must inform us that this will be the case and obtain agreement from us that it is ok to arrive at the alternative time. *Terminal 4 Return* - Passengers will pick up their cars on the ground level of the Terminal 4 short stay car park. The designated area of the car park will be signposted.

*Terminal 5* - Drive up the ramp towards Departures, bear right at sign for "Short Stay and Passenger Pick Up". Drive under the height restriction arm, keep left and follow sign for "Fast Track". At entrance barrier take a ticket. Once inside follow arrows on road to "Row L" where our Driver will meet you and take your parking ticket. *Terminal 5 Return* - From arrivals make your way out of the building to the covered walk way go through the covered walkway to the lifts, then make your way back to level 4 "Row L" of the short stay car park to where you dropped off your vehicle.

** We will return your vehicle to you once you have called us after collection of you luggage. We will validate your ticket as soon as we arrive in the car park which will give you 15 minutes to collect your car, any car park charges after this time will be your responsibility to pay at the prevailing car park tariff **

Note: Please be aware height restrictions apply at all Heathrow terminal car parks and the minimum height is 2.05m, terminal 3/5 car parks do have a high sided vehicle entrances on the ground floors.
