On my return to the UK I did as requested on the paper work and called Purple Parking I was told to go to bus stop 5 which where the transfer bus would be waiting for me, I had a further 35 minutes wait, I would not use this service again.

would highly recommend booking in highly organized did not have to even get out of car just have to give your car keys to bus driver bus was waiting. and on return bus was also there. and took us straight to our car.

Have used this facility many times and have never been disappointed. Always good value for money. Pick ups very prompt,although because the van was full it took some time for all the tickets to be scanned by the driver. look forward to using this car park soon

Transfer to airport took very long . Transfer back - even though we called on time we went to bus stop and found loads of people waiting. First van full we had to wait in freezing weather for second one to come . Surely lack of planning .

Directions for Purple Parking Long Stay

From M25: Leave motorway at J15 and follow M4 signposted to London.

From M4: Leave motorway at J3 and follow A312 north, signposted to Hayes and Western Int Market. After 500 yards at the first roundabout turn right by Tesco in the direction of Southall onto Hayes Road.

From A40 (M): Follow A312 south, signposted to Hayes. After two roundabouts and an underpass, turn left at the next roundabout by Tesco in the direction of Western Int. Market/ Southall onto Hayes Road.

From Hayes Road: Go past the Western Int. Market and after about 500 yards go straight over a mini-roundabout. The road bears to the left over a canal bridge.Brent Road is the next turning on the left by the used car lot. Purple Parking is at the very end of Brent Road after bearing right at the International Trading Estate.

Please arrive at the car park at least 30 mins before your check-in time

The car park offers frequent courtesy bus transfers to and from the airport which take 15 -20 minutes. Please note that we do not operate a transfer service to the airport between the hours of midnight and 03:30 am.

On return:
Just call the car park on the number on your confirmation 3 when you've collected your bags, and the shuttle bus will come and collect you from the following bus stops:
Terminal 1: bus stop 5 (you'll need to go down to the ground floor, one floor down from UK and Ireland arrivals).
Terminal 3: bus stop 22.
Terminal 4: bus stop 21 (come out of the terminal by the American Express bureau).
Terminal 5: bus stop 29.
