Excellent service. Easy to use and the instructions to find the place at Heathrow T5 were good. Furthermore, my wife dropped her Passport in the car which we did not discover until we had got to the lounge. FHR were very helpful in finding the Passport and getting it back from the car (which was by now off the airport), and back to the car park. The only negative is that they were unwilling or unable to actually take it to a check in desk in the terminal, which meant I had to be escorted back through immigration (which is only scheduled to happen once an hour), get to the car pack, pick up the passport, make my way back to security, and then I had to go back to a check in desk and mess about as my boarding pass had already be scanned by security and I could not initially get back in. If my flight had not been delayed by two hours I would have missed it. I know this is a rare occurrence, but if your staff were allowed (or perhaps it is a case of willing), to take the passport into the terminal to a check in desk on occasions such as these, it would have saved a lot of time and nervous energy!

After a 22 hour journey home, it was so wonderful to just walk out of the airport and be met by the chauffeur. No waiting around in the cold for a bus ride! Excellent service and so will definitely use again.

Directions for National Meet & Greet

This Meet & Greet Service is run by Purple Parking

*****IMPORTANT - Please call the number on your confirmation 9 30 minutes before your pre-booked meet time. A no-show charge of £25.00 will be made for non arrivals and cancellations made within one hour of the meet time.
******THIS SERVICE IS NOT AVAILABLE BEFORE 05.00AM - PLEASE TAKE THIS CONFIRMATION WITH YOU

On arrival follow instructions to your designated terminal.

TERMINAL 1 - Follow the signs to Short Stay Car Park 1 (entrance on the ground floor). At the entrance barrier, take a ticket (there will be nothing to pay). Keep to your right and immediately take a first left down to the lower ground floor. Turn right and drive all the way to the end and then bear left, after the portacabin until you are facing the opposite direction. You will see our Off Airport Meet & Greet parking bays immediately to your right. Park your car in one of these bays, Lock your car and give the keys and parking ticket to the Purple Parking Handover Captain, who will be waiting for you near the payment machine.

TERMINAL 3 - Follow the sign to the Short Stay Car Park 3. At the entrance barrier, take a ticket (there will be nothing to pay). Drive up the ramp and exit at level 3. Follow the road all the way round until you reach Rows A and B at the far end of the Car Park. You will see our Off Airport Meet & Greet parking bays opposite the lifts. Park your car in one of these bays. Lock your car and give the keys and parking ticket to the Purple Parking Handover Captain, who will be waiting for you near the lift area.


TERMINAL 4 - Follow signs to short stay car park. Drive up ramp and keep to your right - At the entrance barrier, take a ticket (there will be nothing to pay) - Drive down the ramp and exit at Level 2 - Drive straight to the end of Level 2 and turn right following the exit signs. - You will see our Off Airport Meet & Greet parking bays opposite the lifts in Row A - Park your car in one of these bays. - Lock your car and give the keys and parking ticket to the Purple Parking Handover Captain, who will be waiting for you near the lift area.

TERMINAL 5 - Follow signs to departures. Drive up the ramp, bear right at the sign for Short Stay and Passenger Pick up. Drive under the height restriction arm, KEEP to your LEFT and follow the sign for Fast Track. At the entrance barrier, take a ticket (there will be nothing to pay). Once inside, follow the arrows most of the way round to ROW R & S. You will see our Off Airport Meet & Greet parking bays opposite the lifts. Park in one of these bays. Lock your car and give the keys and parking ticket to the Purple Parking Handover Captain, who will be waiting for you in the lift area near the payment machine.

The chauffeur will be waiting at your requested terminal. They will give you the return details for collection of your car. Your vehicle is then parked in their secured compound. The usual return time is between 15-20 minutes.

IF YOUR ARRIVAL TIME CHANGES PLEASE ADVISE FHR OR THE CAR PARK AS SOON AS POSSIBLE -YOUR CHAUFFEUR WILL WAIT UP TO 15 MINUTES PAST THE REQUESTED MEET TIME, BUT WILL WAIT LONGER IF YOU PHONE THE CAR PARK ON the number on your confirmation 9 30 TO TELL THEM YOU HAVE BEEN DELAYED. THERE WILL BE A £17.50 CHARGE FOR AN AMENDMENT WITHIN 1 HOUR OF THE AGREED MEET TIME.

You will be required to leave your keys with the attendant

We are leaving from terminal 5 Heathrow and coming back to Terminal 3. Is it possible to arrange meet and greet parking that covers this?Thanks,Monica Huddie yes it is possible to travel out of one terminal and back to another.
