One of the moer expensive car parks but it is handy and convenient for T4. Transfer time to terminal is very short.

Used a few times. The best. Park your car yourself and take the keys. Had a theft when when I used the other system!

Everything was spot on with our parking experience. When I left something in the car they took me back to the car park immediately and returned me to the airport in the same transfer coach in less than 15 minutes round trip. Brilliant service.

This took a lot of worries off our shoulders. Having this parking facility was so convenient. One less thing to worry about when going on holiday. Fabulous.

On arrival service at the car park was a little sketchy. There was a woman on duty that was extremely rude and not particularly interested in helping, however, on departure the service was great with smiles all around (noting that the same woman I had problems with on arrival was not there). Unfortunately though the incident on the initial arrival was so bad I am forced to give their customer service a poor rating.

on exit put ticket in as advised but to exit but number pate recognition did not work so had to go to customer services to enable exit, otherwise everything fine

Directions for Long Stay Terminal 4

FROM M4 at J3 follow signs for A312 Heathrow and Feltham. Continue along A312 through one traffic light junction for app rox. 1 mile until reaching the Waggoners roundabout. Continue to junction with A30 and turn right. Pass through two sets of traffic lights and take the T4 slip road on the left. As you approach the T4 roundabout stay in the left hand lane & follow the slip road onto the dual carriageway. At the next junction turn left and T4 Long Stay will be on your right.

FROM M25: at Junction 14 follow signs to T4 along Airport Way (A3113). At next roundabout/traffic lights junction go straight across onto the Southern Perimeter Road. Cross next roundabout & continue through three sets of traffic lights on reaching the next roundabout continue straight ahead. T4 LongStay will be on your right, across the duel carriageway.

Arrival Procedure: On entry take a ticket and follow signs to the zone indicated. Make a note of zone and nearest bus stop.

Return Procedure: On exit insert your entry ticket into the machine at the barrier. Your number plate will be read and barrier lifted.
