What is the drop-off procedure?Bring your car to the front entrance of the Hotel and park you car at the Short Stay Car Park. Make your way to the front concierge with your luggage. You will be met by one of the car park staff who will assist you in your departure to the Terminal.
What is the pick-up procedure?On return, once you clear customs you need to call the number on your confirmation / the number on your confirmationand one of the drivers will deliver your car back to the airport terminal.
What security measures does the car park have?
What else do I need to know?The transport to the airport is from the front entrance of the hotel via a hotel transfer bus. The transfer bus starts at 4am every day until 11pm. The frequency is around every 20 minutes and takes approximately 15 minutes to reach the Terminals. We do suggest that you arrive at the hotel at least 40 minutes before your earliest recommended check-in time.

Sorry but we would prob not use the service again - too far from airport for an early start. Admittedly we arrived earlier than originally said but we were not the only ones waiting a long time for the bus to come. Very nice helpful staff though on both journeys.
Excellent service. Very user friendly. Make sure you leave plenty of time in case you have to wait up to 20 mins for your bus to the airport from the hotel. The return to heathrow was fantastic- very quick and easy.

Had to get the shuttle bus to the airport, then a taxi to our hotel when we dropped the car off. With the added costs of this (an extra £18) there are much cheaper and more relaxing ways to start your holiday off.

Parking was close to airport and shuttle bus only took 10mins to get to terminal. Car was brought back promptly on return by the time we got to the car park my car was there no waiting around. Would highly recommend this company/service :-)

Arriving pre-departure at The Radisson, it took us about an hour to get to check-in: a 15-minute wait for the Drivefly rep, nearly half an hour waiting for the Hotel Hoppa, and 15 minutes while the minibus trundled round the other hotels. Fortunately we'd allowed plenty of time. However, on arriving back at Heathrow after our holiday, we had a completely different experience. Within 15 minutes of baggage collection our car was delivered to the Terminal 3 short-stay car park and we were on our way home. If the departure experience had been as smooth and quick as the arrival experience, I would have no hesitation in recommending Drivefly, as well as pointing out its excellent value for money.

Dropped the car at Raddison Hotel and parked no problem. Had to wait for Hoppa bus for about 20 mins so its best to go onto national express web page to check the bus timetable beforehand. On return the customer service said they don't have my car details and gave me the hotel phone number which turned out to be a wrong number. Called customer service again and gave them the same details then they found the car. Customer service said why didn't I mention to them that my car key was handed to the drivefly driver. I didn't know that there are so many parking options and I'm pretty sure I've given them the correct car details(!). They did apologise for the miscommunication and the car was delivered on time.

excellent service. dropping car off at a hotel and using their shuttle service seemed an odd arrangement, (which gave some concern when booking) but in the end we never found out if this works smoothly or not because we had full meet & greet service at last minute, as it suited the company better with their driver being already at the airport. very courteous and helpful driver, and car was all in good order on return. Only small issue was with understanding the guy in the office who phoned to tell us of this change, and again when he spoke to us on our return. A combination of his very strong accent,hyper-fast speech and poor mobile phone reception left us guessing somewhat...

From the M25: Leave Motorway at junction 15 and follow M4 sign posted to London.
From the M4: Leave at junction 4 and exit towards A408 Uxbridge. At the roundabout take the 3rd exit towards Terminals 1,2 &3. Then stay in the left lane and take the exit for London A4 Bath Road. Once you exit on to the A4 Bath Road the Radisson Hotel is located 400m on the left just after McDonalds.
Our team will call you 15/20 minutes prior to your scheduled meet at the Radisson Edwardian Hotel Heathrow to ensure we can arrange a chauffeur to meet you at the hotel. IF you do NOT receive a phone call OR your scheduled meet time at the hotel will be earlier OR later than expected, please call the number on your confirmation / the number on your confirmation and inform our team members.

Please Note: Bookings include two tickets for the Hoppa bus to any terminal. Any additional tickets are available at en extra cost of £4.50 per person, payable locally.
