Everything went according to plan, courteous and efficient staff. We would rather the chauffeur did not alter the radio settings on the car as the station we use is sometimes difficult re locate.

I booked Purple parking but as a different named service. This was fine and cheaper but led to confusion for me at the airport as to whom I should seek for booking the car with. In the end it was the P parking man who was good and efficient. (Term 3 is always the busiest I think)

Directions for Business Meet & Greet

THIS SERVICE IS NOT AVAILABLE BEFORE 05.00AM

***IMPORTANT**** YOU MUST call the number on your confirmation5 30 minutes BEFORE your PRE-BOOKED ARRIVAL TIME at the terminal. It is very important that you arrive as close to your pre-booked time as possible. If you know you are going to be delayed please telephone the number on your confirmation5 to advise the driver. A no-show charge of £25.00 will be made for non arrivals and cancellations made within one hour of the meet time.’

‘IMPORTANT - Please check that your return time on this confirmation is your actual return flight landing time. If it is not correct please call on the number on your confirmation to advise the correct time. If your return landing time is incorrect, (ie. later or earlier than stated) there is a possibility it may result in a delay.’ Your chauffeur will wait up to 15 minutes after the meeting time but will wait longer if you have telephoned to say you are running late.

TERMINAL 1 - Follow the signs to Short Stay Car Park 1 (entrance on the ground floor). At the entrance barrier, take a ticket (there will be nothing to pay). Keep to your right and immediately take a first left down to the lower ground floor. Turn right and drive all the way to the end and then bear left, after the portacabin until you are facing the opposite direction. You will see our Off Airport Meet & Greet parking bays immediately to your right. Park your car in one of these bays,Lock your car and give the keys and parking ticket to the Purple Parking Handover Captain, who will be waiting for you near the payment machine.

TERMINAL 3 - Follow the sign to the Short Stay Car Park 3. At the entrance barrier, take a ticket (there will be nothing to pay). Drive up the ramp and exit at level 3. Follow the road all the way round until you reach Rows A and B at the far end of the Car Park. You will see our Off Airport Meet & Greet parking bays opposite the lifts. Park your car in one of these bays.Lock your car and give the keys and parking ticket to the Purple Parking Handover Captain, who will be waiting for you near the payment machine.

TERMINAL 4 - Follow signs to short stay car park. Drive up ramp and keep to your right - At the entrance barrier, take a ticket (there will be nothing to pay) - Drive down the ramp and exit at Level 2 - Drive straight to the end of Level 2 and turn right following the exit signs. - You will see our Off Airport Meet & Greet parking bays opposite the lifts in Row A - Park your car in one of these bays. - Lock your car and give the keys and parking ticket to the Purple Parking Handover Captain, who will be waiting for you near the lift area.
TERMINAL 5 - Follow signs to departures. Drive up the ramp, bear right at the sign for Short Stay and Passenger Pick up. Drive under the height restriction arm, KEEP to your LEFT and follow the sign for Fast Track. At the entrance barrier, take a ticket (there will be nothing to pay). Once inside, follow the arrows most of the way round to ROW R & S. You will see our Off Airport Meet & Greet parking bays opposite the lifts. Park in one of these bays. Lock your car and give the keys and parking ticket to the Purple Parking Handover Captain, who will be waiting for you in the lift area near the payment machine.
