Fantastic service all round very profesional hastle free. Met us at car park 1 short stay very prompt, took our car to secure compound, on return gave them a call when we had collected baggage and by the time we had walked the 30m or so to car park the car was waiting for us realy made thing so easy will defo use these again, WELL DONE FHR FOR A GREAT SERVICE. Since Exeter airport starting charging for the car park used at handover the price has increased on each visit. Previously on arrival the chaffeur has paid the £1 to exit the car park,this time we were asked for £1 for him to exit. Then on our return we telephoned (after collecting suitcases) and immediately went to collect our car - went to the machine to pay to exit and had to pay £2 because the car had been in the car park for 30 minutes prior to our arrival. I feel that is unfair - was prepared for £1 but not £2.

Directions for Grange Meet & Greet

What to do on your arrival
When you approximately 20 minutes form the airport please call the number on your confirmation to re-confirm your arrival time.

Drive into the Car park no. P1 - short stay - and our driver meet you. Please note there will be a £1 charge made on arrival (please pay the chauffeur) to enable exit from the pick up point.
Please pass ticket issued at the barrier to our driver, as it will be needed to exit car park and present your booking confirmation.
Your car will be then taken to a secure compound close to the airport (approx. 2 miles).
If you going to be any earlier or later than the time you have booked please call the number on your confirmation to rearrange (if you can't go through please call back in a few minutes alternatively call the office the number on your confirmation manned Monday - Friday office hours).

What to do on your return:
On your return once you have your luggage call the number on your confirmation to let drivers know that you ready and your car will be return to you at shorts stay car park for immediate departure.
Please note there will be a £1 charge to exit the car park.

If you intend to return either before or after your booked period please give us advance notice in order for us to make necessary arrangements.

There is a charge £5 for extra days parking.
