My only complaint is with the inbound transfer back to the parking area. due to a few selfish passengers standing with their luggage in the luggage recess area. This resulted in other passengers having to leave large cases in the isle or carry them to the back of the bus, also other passengers could not board although there were empty seats. The driver failed to take control and ask these people to move back the bus to seats, also there should be better signs advising that this area is for baggage only,not passengers who simply want to be off first to collect their cars.

There was a long wait on our return despite an announcement asking for only one person to collect the keys. There was also only one receptionist trying to deal with a large number of car owners.

Overall a very good service only slightly marred by the fact that the car was parked by a shorter person than myself and having altered the position of the seat and wing mirrors, had not put them back in the original position. A small point but important when returning late at night after a long day.

Directions for Silver Zone Car Park

Directions
Follow directions for the Silver Zone car park as you approach the airport on the A38. The car park is situated South of the main Terminal, so please do not follow signs for any other car parks except Silver Zone.

Arrival Procedure
At the entry barrier, photographic equipment will take images of your car and registration number. The barrier will then rise automatically. Once you have parked, make your way to Reception. You will be required to give your Booking Reference, Drop off bay number and vehicle keys in order to move your car to a secure area of the Silver Zone car park. Please allow plenty of time for airport check-in and security procedures. A courtesy bus runs approximately every 20 minutes. Journey time approximately 4-5 minutes.

Departure Procedure
On return to the Silver Zone Car Park, present your key receipt and collect your keys from the Silver Zone Reception. At the Exit, the barrier will rise automatically.
