This was a very comfortable hotel. Our room was spotless and we were able to have a good meal We did not have breakfast as we had to leave before 5 am. The parking was very good.

The hotel has a worn, tired appearance. The shower head in our bathroom was badly in need of descaling. However, it was only for one night, the staff were helpful, and the restaurant was very reasonable and decent quality. I'd use it again.

Camp beds not suitable as advised for the children ages I advised. Too late at night to change rooms around. Restaurant not as advertised, stated steak and was Indian, son did not wish to eat. Too late to go outside. Very disappointing.

We have used the Chiltern Hotel for the overnight and parking service for the past 4 years. The facilities have been recently upgraded - in particular the renovated and refitted bedrooms and the Indian cuisine in the restaurant. The Circle taxi service remains prompt and efficient. The overnight and parking package is now even better value.

Good value for money. We had adjoining rooms which were neat and tidy, just a little dated. Bed was too hard so did not get a good nights sleep, but overrall it was value for money.
