We have used the Chiltern Hotel for the overnight and parking service for the past 4 years. The facilities have been recently upgraded - in particular the renovated and refitted bedrooms and the Indian cuisine in the restaurant. The Circle taxi service remains prompt and efficient. The overnight and parking package is now even better value.

Good value for money. We had adjoining rooms which were neat and tidy, just a little dated. Bed was too hard so did not get a good nights sleep, but overrall it was value for money.

Arrived early (1pm ) and was initially told by (young) receptionist that we would have to wait untill 2pm to check in. Countermanded by manager at 1.30pm as our room was ready. Room ok, clean, good facilities. Evening meal in restaurant very good - drinks good value. As we were leaving before breakfast, we asked if we could have cereal and juice - this arrived at arranged time (4.30AM)with no extra charge. Taxi was prompt. Did not realise car would be left outside Hotel, but no problem. Taxi waiting at airport on return. Overall a very good service and well worth the money. Would recomend.
